National Trust Closely Held Business Association - NTCHBA

Welcome to the NTCHBA website!  NTCHBA is a not-for-profit organization that serves as an education and information resource for individuals within the corporate fiduciary, trust and estate industries.  

Membership is comprised of specialists in bank trust departments who manage closely held business interests and other professionals, such as business appraisers and attorneys.  


NTCHBA Annual Conference

NTCHBA provides its formal educational activities through the Annual Conference.  The program features outside experts and members presenting a variety of technical and professional topics.  Topics range from business valuation to fiduciary law updates.  In addition, members actively participate in "share and compare" sessions which provide a forum to discuss issues currently facing NTCHBA members and the trust industry.  

A number of our members hold professional designations from financial and fiduciary institutes including ASA, CPA, ABV, CBA, CFA and CVA.  many of the corresponding professional institutes award continuing education credits for NTCHBA conference programs.
